Payment. All classes, class packs and private sessions must be paid in full in advance to confirm your booking.

If we cancel. If Organic Motion Pilates cancels a class, you will receive a full refund, or a class credit to reschedule if you prefer.

If you cancel. Cancellations made at least 12 hours before the class start time are fully refundable (or can be credited to another class). For example: for a 6:00pm class, cancel by 6:00am the same day; for a 9:00am class, cancel by 9:00pm the day before.

Late cancellations and no-shows. Cancellations made less than 12 hours before the class, and missed classes, are non-refundable. Where possible, we may offer local residents a move to another class at our discretion.

Private classes. The same 12-hour notice applies.

Class packs. Class packs are valid for 1-3 months from purchase (dependent on selected pack) and are non-refundable once any class in the pack has been used. Unused packs may be refunded on request within [7] days of purchase.

How refunds are made. Approved refunds are paid to the original payment method within [7–14] business days. [Any payment-provider fees may be deducted.]

Events & retreats. Separate terms are agreed at the time of booking.
